Then you might be the person we are looking for to take on the role of Head of Tech Talent Acquisition for H&M Group.
Job Description
As the Head of Talent Acquisition for Tech, you guide the global Talent Acquisition team responsible for Tech Recruitment. You ensure alignment with the global TA team and with broader HR and business, provide direction to upcoming changes and ensure Tech TA team can reach their targets. You lead by example and provide a safe environment where every employee can reach their full potential.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Global performance of Tech TA – being responsible for performance of Tech TA teams globally based on data-driven KPIs. Ensuring global alignment on TA ways of working within the recruitment process. Ensuring that TA activities are in line with H&M Group standards (e.g. by including diversity perspectives) and create a global Business Tech TA community as unifying representative
Alignment with broader HR and business – implementing broader HR strategy to TA, ensuring Tech TA perspective is considered in Business Tech plans and manage/oversee collaboration with key senior stakeholders
Change management - Give direction and oversee implementation of new (digital) initiatives and projects related to Tech Talent Acquisition and ensure results are accurately tracked and data-driven improvements are made
People management – lead a team of TA managers, have close alignment with Regional Talent Acquisition Team Managers and Lead Talent Acquisition Partners. Secure alignment within global Tech TA team and constantly empower teams to fail, learn and grow
Pipeline based recruitment and global tech TA organization - Implement a new, pipeline-based recruitment model for TA Tech as well as build a global TA Tech organization in several locations across the world
Qualifications
We believe you have an agile leadership approach, excellent communication skills and an ability to create a psychological safe environment for the TA team. You have strong integrity, being able to work with sensitive topics which you combine with excellent people management. You have an ability to collaborate independently with and manage senior stakeholders while being an excellent ambassador for TA Tech Team. You are highly curious and genuinely interested in learning from diverse viewpoints. You have an authentic and influential leadership presence; you are innovative, and question established “truths” to break new ground. Furthermore, you have a holistic mindset and focus on the success of the whole company while you proactively involve different stakeholders - truly believing that diversity increases the quality of decisions.
On top of this, we believe that you have:
Solid experience, passion and track record from working with Tech Talent Acquisition and good knowledge of all tech competences
Solid leadership experience from leading multi-national teams
Excellent knowledge about agile ways of working
Experience from working with recruitment through pipeline building
Excellent knowledge about end to end tech recruiting processes (sourcing, workforce planning, selection, conversion processes and onboarding)
Good knowledge about Diversity & Inclusion and unconscious bias
Good knowledge about compensation & benefits, GDPR and ATS systems
Experience and knowledge in how to break down strategic and operational business need into concrete workflows/tasks
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Additional information
This is a full-time position and you will report to Head of HR for Business Tech as well as Head of Community of Expertise Talent Acquisition. The location is flexible but ideally in one of our Tech hubs (Stockholm, Berlin, Shanghai/Hong Kong, Bangalore or New Jersey).
