This also means that we need you! You, who will lead our global Talent Acquisition team to ensure we’re able to attract and recruit the talent needed for continued success.
As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will:
• Supervise the Talent Acquisition Team (currently a team of three, located in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Vilnius). Ensure an engaged and competent team that reaches its goals.
• Work closely with hiring managers, the leadership team, FP&A, and HR Business Partners to set up a structured workforce planning to proactively plan and prioritize the growth of the company.
• Ensure a fair and efficient recruitment process with high quality, and outstanding candidate experience, both for external hires and internal transfers.
• Be responsible for delivering on recruitments in all different areas and markets that Benify operates. Your focus will be on recruiting key positions for our international markets.
• Ensure a proactive candidate base for key positions.
• Ensure that Benify has the best possible and cost-efficient suppliers for Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure recruitment skill transfer to managers via training and coaching.
• Be responsible for planning and execution of Employer Branding activities and initiatives.

As always, your personal competencies are the most important for us. As Head of Talent Acquisition, you must be driven, independent, and delivery-focused. You have a strong business mindset and are keeping scalability and the bigger picture in mind for both short- and long-term initiatives. You have strong leadership skills here you easily give and gain trust to your employees, are a true culture role model, and have the ability to set clear goals and expectations.
You have a passion for competency-based recruitment and building diverse and inclusive teams. You can also easily build relationships and gain trust with stakeholders in the organization. This position requires high-stress management skills and the ability to independently prioritize between recruitment processes, projects, and work tasks.
More formally, we want you to have:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 + years from working with recruitment on a global level, preferably from a scale-up tech company.
• Proven track record of leading, developing, and engaging a TA Team.
• Broad experience of working in an international context, with strong knowledge about the global talent market across multiple different business areas.
• Previous experience in successfully implementing and executing on an Employer Branding strategy.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Additional language is a strong merit.
