As the Head of Talent Connect, you will lead several high performing teams of recruiters and career coaches ensuring that the best possible mix of talents is used to support and strengthen our various businesses in Sweden and the EMEA region. You will be part of a highly engaged management team for People Experience Sweden Delivery Hub, who together creates customer experiences that make Volvo Cars the employer of choice in Sweden.

Within your areas of responsibility, you will ensure that all services are truly people centric, delivering premium experiences for our managers and employees, as well as securing the Volvo Cars’ culture and employer brand value.

This is just the start. You will lead the development of Talent Connects’ offerings and services to ensure that we are in the forefront supporting Volvo Cars with manning and career coaching products that create an organization fit for the future.

You are a strategic change leader and people manager with great passion for and proven experience of running and developing recruitment and/or career coaching organizations and services.
You are a role model, making a difference through curiosity and collaboration. Your communication skills create clarity, you lead through others with purpose and courage and you empower teams through your inclusive leadership style.As a person, you are business and results driven, triggered by a changing and development-oriented environment. You enjoy complex challenges, you have an outstanding capability to engage with different stakeholders and you are committed to make decisions that are best for Volvo Cars.
