We are currently looking for a new team member to join our team for the role as Head of Talent Strategy & People and Culture Partner. Our organization is continuously growing, and we are looking forward to getting a new colleague. Together we will partner up with all parts of the organization to translate the business strategy into People & Culture agenda and bring it alive, while making sure that the business thrives.

This is how you can make an impact
In this exciting role, you will be part of several global People & Culture networks where we collaborate to bring values and relevance to the business with timely and customized solutions and to enable the business to scale up to propel the sustainability journey of the Volvo Group.

Your task is to develop trust and value-based relationship with the business through providing top notch service and strategic HR advice to leaders at all levels in Volvo Autonomous Solutions. As a change agent, you will enable a culture of continuous improvement and a growth mindset. You will drive new ways of working, establish trust to encourage team/people engagement and collaboration, and support cross-functional collaboration.

In addition, you will be responsible for the talent strategy for Volvo Autonomous Solutions, focusing on supporting the business for a positive growth. Important areas will be to further strengthen the culture and build a talent strategy leveraging strengths from start-up business in a new business area and align with local and global priorities.

You have several years of experience from developing and driving a People & Culture agenda in a global context. You embrace and demonstrate a strong ownership mentality to hold yourself and others accountable, to lead and to make things happen in a speedy and quality manner.

In addition, we hope that:

· You have extensive experience from leadership within areas on Culture, Organizational Development, and Talent Management leadership roles.
· You are a design thinking practitioner with focus on delivering business outcomes in a consistent and simplified way, utilizing best practices and digital platforms withing People & Culture
· You have experience in coaching and facilitation roles to support organizational transformation and change
· You are an excellent communicator and have great presentation skills
· You hold a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
