We are now looking for a lead technical specialist. The assignment will start when we find the right candidate.
ABOUT THE JOB
In this position you will play a key role in ensuring candidate quality from a technology point of view in our recruitment process.
There will be some degree of freedom in shaping the role yourself but the main tasks will constitute of:
• Work closely with tech recruiters to ensure that the technical quality is high in the technical staff we hire.
• Shape and create the technical evaluation process.
• Lead a team of other technical specialists.
• Work as a consultant at our customers
WHO ARE YOU?
To be a candidate for this role you should have:
• Previous experience with performing technical evaluation in recruitment processes.
• Experience from leading teams.
• Minimum 8 + years of experience from working in a technical role.
• High knowledge in new technologies, framework, cloud, CI/CD and more.
The right candidate for this position is proactive, collaborative, works in a structured way and communicates clearly. As a person you are flexible with a can-do attitude to manage unexpected situations successfully. You have the ability to own projects and assume responsibility without hand-holding. We are looking for someone that is result oriented, well-structured and with a good sense of time-management.
