We are looking for someone who wants to join us in our work to shape the next generation of smarter and more sustainable mobility.

As Head of Thermal system & functions you will become a member of the thermal Energy management team and report directly to Head of Thermal Energy management . You will work closely together with the team members in the management team and colleagues in our department, as well as interface with other areas in the organization. To be a part of our team, you need to be flexible and always ask yourself how you can contribute to the team's common goal. You will lead and be a part of an open-minded and supporting team, where we together create and develop for success! We are striving to have a flat and flexible organization where everyone can, and will, make an impact.
As Head of the Thermal system & functions you will lead a team of 20 persons, the team in implementation of business goals and translating strategies into department policy. The daily work will be everything from managing employee related tasks to budget and project issues.
There will be close collaboration with our colleagues in China. Once we get closer to the industrialization, China usually takes over and CEVT is focusing on the early development phases. You will be based at our office in Lindholmen, but occasionally you would go on expeditions and travel abroad.

Suitable background and experience
More than five years of experience from managerial positions
More than five years of experience from development of Climate or Cooling systems.
University degree in a related subject or the equivalent experience
Intercultural / international experience, ideally including China / Asia exposure
Experience of project leading within product development
Fluent English in speech and writing
Driving license B, according to Swedish standards
