A REGULAR DAY AT WORK AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 
We are looking for a Head of Total Rewards, who will support the Electrolux Professional organization to deliver on its strategies. This role has the responsibility to shape and drive the overall strategy for total rewards, including compensation, benefits, wellbeing and recognition strategies and programs for the group worldwide.
Your role will be very diverse; it will include managing C-suite compensation, Remuneration Committee, developing benefits programs, review high potentials pay as well as to operationally deliver the annual compensation processes and deliver tailor made country solutions.
We are seeking a collaborator, with a strong business and customer service mindset, who will be a true business partner working in a complex environment - across all geographies and levels of the organization.  It is a truly global environment. You must possess a high level of integrity and be agile in your approach and deliver. You will also be a strong people leader with the ability to both lead a small functional team as well as to work very closely with the global HR and business teams.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the holder of the compensation and total rewards philosophy, strategy and practices; ensure alignment with the business growth goals and HR team priorities.
Provide strategic and operational leadership in the design, development, implementation and operationalization of our total rewards programs, policies and tools. This includes to manage the compensation related processes, such as Annual Salary Review (ASR), Short Term Incentive Program (STI) and Long-Term Incentive Program (LTI).
Prepare and present material to the Remuneration Committee of Electrolux Professional.

Manage the reporting of executive remuneration in the company’s annual report as well as the preparation material for the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Responsible for implementation of reward related aspects of the EU SRD (EU Shareholder Rights Directive)
Ownership of our Global Job Architecture, job evaluation and grading (e.g. IPE)
Drive analytical rigor and deep analysis as part of the total rewards practices; ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing programs; establish and drive key metrics in the business effectiveness of both the Compensation and the Benefits programs.
Lead the activities related to mobility across the regions. This includes collaborating with and advising local, regional and global HR and business teams on mobility related matters; as well as working with external third-party providers to ensure seamless experience for our globally mobile employees 
Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with payroll, finance, legal, IT and other HR colleagues.
Effectively partner with, advise and communicate to the Executive Leadership Team on specific compensation/benefits matters. Work closely with Executives, Business Leadership, and HR team to manage, consult, and resolve rewards related issues

You comfortably utilize your strong analytical skills and ability to translate data to draw conclusions on the best path forward for the business, and to convey those key insights and recommendations.
You have the highest level of integrity and ability to safely manage confidential information.
You comfortably move in a global context and have relevant experience of dealing with rewards matters in both and international and executive setting.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 10 years in leading within total rewards and corporate environment
Skilled at interpreting the business needs with good understanding of how business strategies drive total rewards initiatives
Knowledge of best practices within the total rewards community and the ability to tailor, adapt and evolve such practices
Financial prowess and ability to build and manage budgets, build predictive and projective models, full understanding of equity practices, accounting, taxation etc.
Good knowledge of Swedish corporate Law and its impact on Executive Compensation.
Experience in M&A due diligence and integration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization
High computer skills, especially in excel
Fluent in English. Swedish is recommended and any other language will be considered advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field of study
