Head of Training

Your role
As Head of Training at BU Airborne Early Warning in Gothenburg, you will manage a group of trainers that teach Saab Surveillance's customers operation and maintenance for airborne radars all over the globe. Your group is located in both Gothenburg and Halmstad.

Your responsibility includes individual coaching, continuous improvement of processes and methods, and supporting our trainers on- and off site. In addition, you need to create and maintain the necessary network within Saab to serve as the team's spokesperson. Due to the nature of their work, our trainers are very self-sufficient, and your role as their manager will be focused on facilitating their ability to continue to perform.

Training is one of four groups in the Integrated Logistics Support & Safety department. As Head of Training, you will be an important part of the ILS&S management team. The management team works closely together, and each individual contributes with their own experiences and strengths to take an active part in helping solve challenges of all groups within the department. Together we create an engaging and inclusive environment, to encourage growth and personal development.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
