Job Description
As BA Wind – BU Offshore continues to grow and strive towards Vattefall's vision of becoming fossil free in one generation, we are now looking for an accomplished Head of Transaction Management to take a leading role in paving the way for Vattenfall and its customers and partners towards a fossil free future!
The Transaction Management team is situated to Partnering and Revenue Solutions in Offshore Development, driving the structuring and execution of execute transactions (acquisitions-, sell downs and equity partnerships) with external parties, including financing.

Your role / what will you do?
The Head of Transaction Management is leading a team with responsibility for the full scope of transaction-, partnering and financing on behalf of BU Offshore, including:
End-to-end responsibility to execute transactions (acquisitions-, sell downs and equity partnerships)
Transaction project management
Overall structuring and negotiating of main agreements (Joint development Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Financing documentation, etc)
Coordinating due diligence in Transactions
Preparation of marketing material (IM, Management presentations, etc)
Support development of Vendor business cases and externalization of assumptions and interface to Financial model
Working closely with Revenue and Markets departments to drive and execute integrated offtake- and equity partnering solutions for our projects
Working closely with Transaction SLA team to integrate service-level agreements into Transaction structure
Provide partnering strategies for all projects and assets
Provide input on partnering relating topics to the wider organization including financing requirements on supplier contracts, externalized financial modelling, etc)
Qualifications
You will lead a function which is critical towards future competitiveness of BU Offshore. For optimal bid competitiveness, having strong partnerships in place will be critical. The offshore portfolio will be expanded through acquisitions and partnerships that will be led from this team. In addition, sell downs will be managed by the team
As a Head of Transaction Management you will be responsible for ensuring the team is optimally set up and continues to develop in line with required reporting needs from internal and external stakeholders.Collaboration is one of the key strengths that you possess as your team and you will be in close collaboration with teams in revenue management, Industry Partnerships, M&A, Projects, BA markets, Valuation, Market and Project development, Generate etc. You will also be working with external stakeholders and partners in the investment process for new projects.
Required education and work experience
Master degree in a relevant field is desirable
10+ years of experience
Demonstratable track record in similar type of work
Demonstrated ability to lead international teams, driving a performance culture and development of key skills and knowledge
Highly motivated, inspiring and communicative leader
Team player
Experience of implementing successful changes in an operational and highly dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Proven skilled in dealing with strategic, highly complex issues and problem/ conflict handling
Health and safety as the highest priority
Fluent in English
