A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Transformation Officer as the Head of Transformation Office.
The Transformation office is a vital function with global scope and focus for the bank. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will lead and drive the Transformation strategy and roadmap, unlocking maximum value for the Bank and its customers. The function is responsible for driving strategy & execution, risk monitoring & change control, communications, performance management and benefit realization of portfolios and transformation initiatives across various functions and markets, and in additional responsible for the mergers and acquisitions agenda of the bank.
You will ensure that the change initiatives meet the banks objectives and facilitate and lead the creation and implementation of coherent change management approaches and processes taking into consideration communications, performance management and market initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Enable Transformation governance and overall management including associated communication and reporting for the Transformation office
• Engage in annual strategy and business planning, transformation roadmap co-creation, execution support and improvements. Collaborate closely with markets and functions widely in the bank as necessary.
• Ensure consistent Business value and benefit realization of transformational portfolio. Enable transparent performance management and KPIs for transformation initiatives.
• Support planning of master transformation backlog and continuous prioritization, support portfolio management via lean budgeting principles and guardrails.
• Support specific programs and efforts on dialogues with various markets on transformation roadmap and initiatives as necessary
• Lead development of frameworks at transformation level, support in operating model co-creation, with inputs from other functions and stakeholders
• Support the business with resources for feasibility studies for business cases, and innovation efforts
• Ensure business continuity support during transformation initiatives via right stakeholders’ involvement and ownership
• Combine frameworks knowledge digital engineering, and banking business domain expertise. Coach and engage with functions as necessary to spearhead transformation initiatives.
• Coaching teams to achieve business targets and high customer satisfaction, always on fair terms.
• Fostering dynamic work environment where continuous improvement is achieved while caring for your Co-worker and environment. Working together!
What will you bring to the role:
• Significant experience and learnings from leading Transformation programs, life cycle management and associated frameworks, preferably in a complex financial service environment.
• Proficiency in converting and communicating vision & strategy into measurable programs and outcomes.
• A degree in Business /Engineering /Finance or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
• Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management including senior management.
• Significant experience in Business/ Digital/ Enterprise Change Management function roles.
• Proven track-record of delivering successful and lasting change of significant impact to organizations.
• Detailed experience with Banking domain ecosystem, associated regulations and processes, functions and enterprise.
• Ability to engage in discussions and decision-making on associated financial portfolios and digital topics.
• Preferably a good level of knowledge of leading digital technologies and business cases in environments comprising enterprise, various financial product types, architecture Cloud strategy, Analytics, IOT, Lean portfolio, DevOps and Agile frameworks/ SAFe.
• A strategic & analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• People management experience and carry an agile growth leadership mindset.
