All about the role:
For more than one hundred years now, we've been working at the forefront of shaping living for the better, developing products that meet people's demands in terms of taste, care and wellbeing. But as consumer needs and wants to continue evolve, we have even more work to do. Within the IT & Digital organization, you will be working with the group Transformation team, leading and becoming involved with a variety of projects and collaborating across areas, in a multinational and cultural diverse environment, to deliver outstanding consumer experiences.

What you'll do:
As our new Head of Transformation Office, you will be defining and managing processes that will monitor, govern, and measure the execution of the IT & Digital strategy. Your goal will be, to support the alignment of our road maps, investment plans, projects and programs portfolio with our business strategies, missions and targets, while fostering collaboration with Group Functions and Business Areas Transformation Leads. The role will be responsible to support, monitor and measure the execution of IT & Digital projects, defining common tools, execution methodologies and KPIs. You will strive to be recognized for your people leadership skills, growing talent, innovation, defining and monitoring processes that will enable IT & Digital operational excellence, and efficiency in the management of our delivery of solutions and services. In detail, you will:
• Define and Manage the process for the IT & Digital strategy governance, ensuring stakeholders have access to the same simple rulebook with the initiatives linked to the same value
• Monitor and Support strategy execution, with clear pipelines, action plans, owners, investments, proper communication, and collaboration
• Support the prioritization of cross-functional resources (capital, business intelligence, financial planning, human resources)
• Harmonize project management methodologies, align on KPIs and targets, and secure the usage of common tools
• Monitor and Support projects/programs execution, providing visibility and performance measurements., checkpoints and risk assessments
• Govern IT operating processes - defining, monitoring, and reporting processes performance
Who you are:
− 10+ years senior management experience, with proven record of business and people leadership in a multi-cultural and matrix environment
− Strong business acumen and a solid working experience managing large programs, transformational projects, IT strategy definition and business alignment
- Business acumen. You strive to get a strong business understanding in the context of technology and you can evaluate risks and opportunities
- Skills to foster collaboration in a multinational and culturally diverse environment
− Proven record of developing IT portfolio governance in close cooperation with key stakeholders
- Engaging motivator. It's natural for you to motivate, challenge and lead the progressive development of people fostering a culture of accountability and ownership
− Experience of identifying, structuring, and implementing IT solutions
− Broad understanding and experience within IT Operation Management
- Change evangelist. You have been driving change management and you are eager to transform the business
− International. You enjoy working in a truly global environment and you like to deliver in cross-functional teams
- Engaging motivator. It's natural for you to motivate, challenge and lead the progressive development of people fostering a culture of accountability and ownership
− Advanced English.
Where you'll be:
You will be based in Stockholm, Sweden in a modern office setting in our multinational and diverse HQ. Travel may be required occasionally.
