Head of User Support Operations

VOI has achieved more than 500,000 users and 1,000,000 rides in roughly six months and is currently operating in 8 countries and 17 cities across Europe.

We are currently looking for an experienced Head of User Support Operations to build and lead our growing support team. Based in Stockholm, the team support users in all European markets. This is a senior operational role, with an opportunity to develop a crucial part of the business from a very early stage in our journey.

THE POSITION

- Hire, train and lead a sizeable org of user-obsessed teammates to deliver outstanding support and build a world-class community of users
- Lead the development and improvement of internal and external processes
- Manage key metrics and report to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, tech, expansion, data analytics & product teams
- Set the strategic direction of the user support function
- Configure and customise ticketing software
- Support, coach and develop your team to fulfil their potential
- Manage schedule and shifts

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree from a top university
- 5+ years of relevant experience preferably within a high-growth technology company within mobility, logistics or e-commerce
- Previous experience managing high-performing teams as senior customer support manager or director of a support function
- Strong analytical capabilities and obsession for process, quality control and rapid scaling
- Excellent leadership and ability to identify top-tier talent
- Ability to leverage complex data to identify trends and drive strategic decisions
