As Head of Value Proposition you will…
… in this role actively contribute to positioning BNP Paribas Cardif Nordic as a Customer and Partner oriented-company, and to defining our strategy ahead. Hands-on you will develop our unique Value Proposition, determine the customer and partner promises in terms of products, services and tools we commit to, and drive the implementation of these promises in collaboration with the rest of the organisation., while maintaining an easy and seamless experience for our customers as well as our partners identifying and designing the products and services responding to our customers’needs.
On a daily basis, thanks to your previous experience, you identify and design the products, services and tools corresponding to our customers’ and partners’ needs. You manage a team of experts responsible for : Customer Journey, Product and Services, Product marketing, Communication, Partner Offer and Coaching/trainers. The whole Value Proposition chain of designing, distributing and improving the customer and partner promises is fuelled by your expertise and the input provided by your team and the organization. With both analytic and conceptual views, we believe you have the ability to maintain and develop the collaborative relationships between departments to create synergy benefits.
In this position you will report to the CEO and also be part of the company’s Executive Committee.

… an enthusiastic and patient leader with a strong experience in building digital journeys and solutions, and an interest in innovative solutions. Eager to explore just how smooth the customer and partner experience can be, you dare to find new ways – always with reason and focus on results. As a communicative person, you easily build trust and have the ability to make others follow you. Both within the team as well as with colleagues from all the other teams with different specialities that make up the BNP Paribas Cardif organization. This is also a key success factor for the role, to enable collaboration and performance in a very humane and people oriented organisaiton and culture made up of a very diverse set of people and expertises.


Our wishes:
Extensive experience in digital transformation and/or digital Customer journeys implementation (including customers’ acquisition and retention, sales funnel optimization, big data & analytics)
Experience of a B2B2C business model, including in a sales oriented role
Product background in any domain
Work experience within marketing, brand management, positioning strategies in any Nordic country(-ies)
Fluent in English and any other Nordic language(s)
Relevant supervisory and management experience
Experience of leading or managing cross functional teams
