Head of, Vehicle Architecture (RVLA)

Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

I´m looking for a replacement for the head of, Vehicle Architecture (RVLA).

Your profile

To be part of that journey I´m looking for you as a servant leader of an experienced group of senior engineers and mechanics with many years of experience. The focus for you as a leader will be the focus on the people. Work balance, diversity and inclusion, intercultural understanding and highly x-functional people development will be your core business. To do so you need to have a base technical understanding and even more important a feeling for people. You are a good listener, communicator, and analytic task solver with a high focus on people.
