Excellent, then we would love for you to be our new Head of Vendor Mgmt, SAM & FPE within Digital Core that will guide the team on this exciting journey we have ahead of us. 
The Digital Core team is enabling the creation and delivery of attractive consumer products and offers through digital solutions and is critical for our company’s transformation. As Head of Vendor Mgmt, SAM & FPE your main responsibility is to support your team by ensuring they are constantly growing in their roles. We also like this to happen while everyone has a fun and joyful time at work since we believe this is a key ingredient in a creative environment!
In essence, we are looking for someone that's passionate about coaching and developing, high performing teams, facilitating good teamwork, and bringing strategy to reality through cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll do
•    Lead and develop your team through coaching, mentoring, inspiring, feedback and hands-on personal career development
•    Work closely with your team and various stakeholders across the organization to handle:
   o    Secure partnerships that enable access to external competence that support our transformation
   o    Support our Product Areas in implementation and optimization of Sourcing strategy (CBP)
   o    Lead digital sourcing initiatives, manage vendor relations and key supplier accounts
   o    Lead our vendor governance and performance management process
   o    Lead software license audits across Volvo Cars Group
   o    Analyze license utilization and drive optimization of license portfolio
   o    Create awareness of current and potential license models to adjust/validate demand 
   o    Drive finance process improvement and adherence across the digital organization
   o    Create the base for transparency through management of, WBS structures CATS reporting
•    Act as a role model for VCC's culture, values and leadership

Who you are
•    A person that loves to lead, develop, inspire and grow an organization, and have previous experience from doing so; you have been a manager before and know what it takes to build great teams
•    You have a strong drive and target focus, with a non-hierarchical and collaborative approach
•    A visionary leader with the ability to create clarity out of complexity and ambiguity
•    A person with strong business acumen 
•    Someone who enjoys interacting cross-functionally and in a multicultural environment

We see it as positive if you have:
•    Digital transformation experience
•    Procurement experience
•    International work experience
