Eager to make a difference and drive a strong brand even further? The Brand Experience (BEX) team, is responsible for the overall brand management approach within Volvo Group and the development, management and support related to the master brand Volvo, representing both several commercial offers in different segments and markets as well as the corporation.
BEX is now looking for a highly professional and collaborative colleague for a managerial role to lead a new center of excellence, CoE, with responsibility for execution of global Volvo brand assets in terms of processes, guidance and support. The CoE team consists of several experienced individuals that manage and govern the Volvo brand identity, core assets, elements and common areas e.g., templates, signage program and the coming brand experience system.
The overall objective for the CoE team is to enable a distinct and consistent Volvo brand experience. Key success factors are strong collaborations and close interactions with stakeholders, world-wide, and partners. Your positive, proactive and responsive attitude will, together with your strong capacity to engage and lead the way, leverage your endeavors.
As Head of Volvo Brand CoE, you report to the SVP Brand Experience and are based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Responsibilities
· Build and nurture a proactive, positive and trustworthy team with a strong network.
· Define and maintain Volvo brand guidance and support, based on strategic brand and business directions.
· Deliver guidance, support, training, best practices, templates and assets to the internal, global organization and external partners
· Secure efficient processes and channels that integrate and complement each other, continuously evaluated and evolved as applicable
· Benchmark, support and govern core brand executions in different channels and contexts
· Perform regular measures of stakeholder satisfaction, initiating and executing related improvements
· Advocate the Volvo Group’s brand management approach, related scopes and responsibilities
· Actively build and grow relations with internal stakeholders and external partners
· Closely collaborate with BEX colleagues and actively contribute in the BEX management team

Qualifications
Strong leadership capabilities, fully embracing Volvo Group’s leadership principles
Customer and business oriented mind-set, high awareness of the business transformation and related challenges and opportunities
Demonstrated, successful experience of program management
Documented experience from supplier and partner relations
Creative, inspirational and communicative approach
Structured and follow-up minded
Team player with ability to include others and to make things happen.

· Driven and results oriented, proactive and self-managing
· English proficiency, spoken and written
· High level of digital capability – understanding, learning, applying
