Are you a sales-focused person with passion and experience in creating and building successful sales teams?

GLAS is now looking for an outstanding sales leader and sales representative for the role of Head of Wholesale.

The role of Head of Wholesale is a varied role, both operational and strategic with a strong focus on profitable growth. You will play a vital role in helping us take the business to the next level as we continue to grow.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining existing and building new partnerships with our agents and distributors
• Developing and implementing a strategic plan to reach our sales targets
• Recruiting
• Leading and coaching your future colleagues within trade marketing, merchandising and sales
• Keeping close contact with our customers
• Developing, negotiating and managing agreements with key distributors and agents
• Working on finding distributors and agents to support us in Target Regions

We believe that you are a person who wants to be part of a company where the focus is on growth, creativity, and innovation. You should be driven by selling, negotiating, and thinking strategically with a strong ability to turn plans into action. And if you also constantly are on the lookout for opportunities and improvements, then we’re a perfect match!

We also expect you to have experience of international and cross-functional work with a proven record in fashion/accessories/lifestyle/cosmetics or high-end consumer goods.

But most important of all, you have a passion for understanding customers and their behavior.
