Mobility Solutions is our new business area with the mission to lead Scania’s ambition to take a larger role in the transport ecosystem Initially, Mobility Solutions primary focus was on druving Scania’s autonomous transport roadmap and providing Transport-as-a-Service (LOTS Group). During the year we have evolved into delivering new businesses through our new Corporate Venturing function as well as taking on the responsibility for Traton’s software company RIO. The latest addition to the responsibility of Mobility Solutions is to manage Scania’s venture capital funds – Scania Growth Capital.

Your new role:
The People & Culture function in Mobility Solutions supports the business area with strategic HR, as well as securing excellent operational HR.
The main responsibility of the Head People Business Partner (PBP) is to, together with the EVP Mobility Solutions and the central management team, drive and develop a strategic and operative people & culture agenda, both in traditional HR areas and in corporate governance of the portfolio companies, participating in development and execution of M&A activity, contributing to the achievement of Scania’s and Mobility Solutions business objectives.
Main assignments are to:
• continuously work with development of the right culture (including Skill Capture) and leadership
• take part in strategy development and execution for Mobility Solutions and its portfolio
• continue to develop best-in-class processes to support flexible flow of talent-both in and out
• develop and maintain “small company support” for the initiatives being explored, and on their journey to scale
• support M&A activities (DD and PMI)
• participate in strategic People & Culture work and developing the global People & Culture function
Your profile
To succeed in this role we believe you have an academic degree, preferably in the field of HR, or equivalent knowledge. You are a person that follows trends and love exploring/venturing together with others. You are business minded, with a people heart and you are great working with a consultative and collaborative approach. You have excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English, both oral and written. You also have the ability to work independently, within the framework of Scanias purpose, values and corporate guidelines. Last but not least, you’re a strong leader who believes in driving performance through clear direction and empowerment.
Understanding of our industry and the wider ecosystem is meriting, as well as experience of HR in M&A and due diligence activities. As this is a role in a fairly new business area, and the work will evolve over time, changeability is an important personal trait.
The position reports to EVP Mobility Solutions. You will be part of Mobility Solutions Global management team, as well as the P&C Global management team.
