Head Planner
As we are in an expansive phase within our organization, we are now looking to strengthen our Production organization with a Head Planner. At Getinge Disinfection AB, the Head Planning function is instrumental and is a focal point to achieve a strong foundation for an efficient flow from customer demand to end customer deliveries. We apply Lean principles and the Head Planner is a key player and carries a fundamental part in the process to define capacity planning in conjunction to demand from customers. Our product portfolio include a variety of washer disinfectors and our customer base is worldwide.
The head planner works closely with the global Sales and Operations Planning team in an international environment so you need to be fluent in English as well as Swedish.
Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
Responsible for production planning at machine level and breakdown of forecasts to weekly capacity planning.

Responsible for ongoing internal and external dialogue regarding production outcomes against agreed tact
Be an important part of the work to develop and improve the Sales and Operating Process to give good input to an efficient production process
To drive the company's LEAN process forward with focus on planning to meet customer demand

Be the factory's representative and contact person for central Sales and Operating Process within the Getinge Group

Qualifications and personality
We want you to have experience of production planning within a manufacturing company. You have a bachelor’s degree preferably in logistic or economics. You have excellent experience in modern planning and manufacturing systems. You have been working on the international arena for several years and therefore we anticipate you are fluent in English and a merit is off course other languages. Experience from Movex M3 as ERP system would be beneficial.
As a person, you need to be driven and take your own decisions; you will have to be able to work under high pressure while at the same time being analytical, structured and act responsible. Strong written and verbal communication skills since this position will require daily contacts both local and global.
