We are looking for a Head - Talent Development to lead the Talent Development function for the Nordic countries. The candidate is expected to connect with business stakeholders, support the business and associates by strategizing and facilitating talent upskilling requirements, along with a team. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
