The head waiter’s main task is to seat the guests, but we are also looking for someone who has a sharp focus on the details. It will be your responsibility to ensure that routines are followed. You will also be planning the day-to-day dining room tasks as well as following up, making sure our quality and sales goals are achieved. We think you are an adaptable person who wants to be a role model for the team in the restaurant.
