This position is located at our terrace Blanche & Hierta which is located next to the hotel reception facing Brunkebergstorg.

The terrace holds about 70 seats and it is a vibrant venue serving exciting food with a focus on light and fresh flavor combinations paired with a large wine list and crafted cocktails.

Work responsibilities

• As headwaiter you are responsible for managing the operation on a daily basis and assure the team is delivering exceptional service.
• To coach/train all team members and assure product quality and service standards are being followed at all times.
• To be the point of contact between the team and other departments within the hotel.
• To assure guest requests and problems are taken care of in a manner that follows the At Six vision, policies and ways of working.
• To occasionally perform back office duties such as ordering and inventory control as requested by the senior F&B managers.
• To participate in the recruitment process of new team members.

Working hours and days of the week may vary according to business demands.

Background and personal characteristics
You are an organized team player who thrives to motivate and inspire your team to meet all guests with a fantastic welcome and deliver exceptional service. In addition:

• You have 2 years experience working in a restaurant and/or hotel in a similar position
• Sommelier education or at least vast experience working with wine service is a plus
• Structure and good organizational skills are required
• Some previous experience with administrative tasks
• Dynamic, ambitious and detail oriented
• Service is your passion and you have a genuine interest in food and beverage
• Able to communicate fluently verbally in English, Swedish is a plus
