We now have an exciting job offer as Nordic Health & Safety Specialist in Helsingborg.
We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Health and Safety professional to join the Nordic team. Reporting to our Head of Food Safety, this role is critical in implementing and executing the recently developed International health and safety strategy in our Nordic distribution centers.


You will collaborate with different international and nordic teams to get this done such as production, operational excellence and HR.
Working collaboratively with our international production, operational excellence, procurement and country Health and Safety teams, the role will share best practice, create standardized ways of working, drive thinking in health and safety regarding design and construction, and support in various projects within their section of the supply chain.
You will…
Be working out of our newly built warehouse in Bjuv, as well as having visits to our warehouse in Moss, Norway as well as liaising with our Headquarters team.
Establish a HelloFresh Distribution Center health and safety standard and associated audit framework to drive compliance and continuous improvements
Implement local and central reporting frameworks to provide business wide visibility of health and safety compliance risks
Be the go to person regarding Norwegian Arbeidstilsynet and Swedish Arbetsmiljöverket
Deploy health and safety procedures across the site
Identify areas for improvements based on data trend analysis, drive continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate sharing of information and best practice across geographies
Set up and chair market H&S forum
Build effective relationships with all relevant internal, local and external stakeholders
Evaluate key risks, conduct risk assessments and establish proactive methodologies for mitigation
Investigate serious accidents, including follow up of required actions
Coach and train the local teams
Set up and chair market H&S forum
Prepare routine Health and Safety reports as well as conducting risk assessments

You have…
Proven experience in a similar role within Production/Food Manufacturing/Assembly/Distribution/Retail
Strong leadership and communication skills
Internal and External Audit experience
Consultancy experience highly regarded
Knowledge of government regulations (Sweden/ Norway)
In depth knowledge of health and safety management
Degree or equivalent health and safety qualification
Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Adept at data manipulation and analytics
Energy, enthusiasm, commitment and a can-do flexible attitude
Embraces change, challenge and working in an autonomous way
Fluent in both Swedish and English
