Arbetsbeskrivning
Responsibilities:
- Implement Health and Safety (H&S) management system in designated business area.
- Advise and support construction sites in adhering to ISO 45001 standards.
- Provide independent H&S advice and ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular H&S walks, workplace inspections, and produce detailed reports.
- Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety coaching.
- Deliver H&S training, toolbox talks, and recommend local trainings.
- Monitor contractor H&S performance and review HSE plans.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as per H&S plan.
- Gather data for H&S KPIs, analyze trends, and report monthly.
- Contribute to emergency response planning and liaise with emergency services.
Skills:
- Proficient in Swedish and English.
- Qualified in H&S with extensive knowledge of Swedish legislation; Environmental knowledge a plus.

Demonstrated leadership in H&S from a site perspective.
- Valid certifications, including GWO and BAS-U.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to prioritize and drive progress on H&S goals.
Education:
- Relevant H&S qualifications.
- Proven track record in leading H&S functions.
