As a Health & Wellbeing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the wellbeing of our colleagues for a healthy work life. You will report to the Country HR Director and the Country HSE Manager for Sweden.

Your responsibilities
Re-invent our health strategy to improve the health and wellbeing in the Swedish organization in short- and long-term, in line with the Employee Health and Wellbeing Policy
Provide subject matter expertise and support to the business on mental health, physical health, wellbeing and developing recommendations to support organizational health, wellbeing and the connection to performance
Responsible for health and wellbeing services across Sweden when it comes to up-to-date support and quality
Drive country wellness initiatives, healthcare automation and be the system super user for our healthcare systems
The collection and reporting of Health performance indicators from our external vendors, including conclusions and recommendations
Lead in-house training with managers and employees about health issues and risks
Cooperate across functions and with business partners to raise awareness and drive performance, engages with internal and external stakeholders to build commitment and credibility
Together with Employer Branding drive a healthy-employer-of-choice approach to further enable the business growth

Your background
Experience in health and/or Wellbeing.
Project management experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
Pragmatism to prioritize issues and prevent perfect being the enemy of great.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and as an enabler for wellbeing.
Experience in working with suppliers and supply chain function is a plus.
