Health Economics Manager

The role resides with Global Medical Affairs, part of Global Marketing at our headquarter in Mölndal, Sweden. You will be responsible for the central management of health economics across therapy areas and products. Thorough understanding of the business, strategies and priorities is key. Your expertise is important to support ongoing business as well as new product development projects. You will have stakeholders and close collaborators across the organization, including local markets.
Responsibilities
To initiate and manage health economic projects.
To analyze external data and scientific literature.
Reimbursement know-how and oversight.
Development of value propositions of products, solutions and therapies.
To manage a relevant network of internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
Contribute with market intelligence as required by commercial priorities.


Qualifications / Background
Relevant academic degree within Health Economics, preferably MSc or above.
A background in similar roles, e.g. Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR), within Medical Device is an advantage.
You have documented experience in how to optimize health economic evidence to support local and global business initiatives.
You have a proven commercial acumen.
Statistical knowledge and Market intelligence experience are considered a plus.
You are proficient in English (verbal and writing).
Swedish speaking is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
