Energinet is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health & Safety Process and Data Analyst to join our team.
As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for driving our health and safety efforts through data analysis and process improvement.

Department and tasks
You will be part of a newly established group unit anchoring health and safety as a strategic focus in Energinet, and thereby underlining the importance of occupational health and safety being something that concerns us all - both in our offices and at our facilities. You will have the possibility to contribute to the development of the unit and cooperation across the organisation and with external players.
Your key responsibilities will be to monitor the effectiveness of the implementation of the HS Management system within the company as well as developing, monitoring and trend analyzing our HS Performance Data and HS KPI's. Your specific assignment will therefore include:
- Defining function related standards, guidelines, processes, and procedures for cross functional HS topics, important is simplicity
- Setting up process manager landscape for each process.
- Training and supporting the business in the management systems
- Defining the setup of an effective HS management system based on a systematic approach to risk to establish priorities and develop performance standards
- Defining the setup of a self assessment / audit system
- Setting up reporting structure for HS based on input from the management team and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring that the system can be certified to ISO45001 and ISO45003
Once you've gotten into the job, you can look forward to having established a reporting overview and defined relevant process owners. By the end of the year, you have managed to complete processes and procedures and get FY2024 ready for certification.
Qualifications
You are used to work with and develop procedures and management systems, preferable ISO 45001, and you are an expert in BI and other reporting tools. You have solid experience in building both leading and lagging KPI's as well as evaluation and trend analyses on HS performance - and over the last 5-10 years you have ideally built 3-5 management systems implementations. You are able to work on the different levels of the organization - on building sites as well as leadership meetings. Finally, you are fluent in Danish and English, also in writing.
As a person, you are constantly keeping yourself update, and you can work both in team and independently. Being accurate is important to you, especially on the HS reporting, but at the same time, you are focused on delivering / executing. You thrive in a small team with a high working pace.
