About the job
In the role of HSE Specialist you will work to ensure that the operational work is carried out in a safe and correct manner within the service company, so that legal requirements are fulfilled as well as ENERCON values, policies and procedures within health and safety. The position has a combined focus on work environment in the field in the form of training, safety rounds and site visits, as well as administrative tasks such as incident investigations and HSE reporting.
Your work place will be located in Piteå/Öjebyn to enable close support on a day-to-day basis to the business in the northern area of Sweden where ENERCON is a part of the Markbyggden area.
Your manager will be located in Malmö and you will together work to develop and improve health and safety within the whole sub region.
Your main accountabilities will be:

Develop, support, maintain, improve and promote systematic work environment and internal processes related to HSE


Execute Trainings within occupational health and safety, i e incident management, risk assessment and risk prevention etc


Perform work environment risk assessments


Monitor and investigate reported accidents and incidents


Annual environmental data collection for customer sites to environmental reporting


Supporting management in performing safety walks and inspections


Implementation of HSE requirements on site level, conducting HSE and contractor performance inspections on ENERCON service sites


Support and assure compliance with legal requirements within Health and Safety


Work according to ENERCON values, policies and procedures



Who we are looking for
We think that you have experience from a similar position. You enjoy running your work independently and responsibly and have an understanding of the importance of collaboration, as the role involves many interfaces, both nationally and internationally.
You have previous experience of working in international environments and value good communication skills highly. For you being thorough and quality-conscious is a matter of course.
As a person, you are relationship-oriented and communicative since you will collaborate with many different functions – we work as one ENERCON.
You are a problem solver with a positive and flexible view of working. Since work at height occurs, it is important that you maintain a good physique.
Qualifications

Degree in engineering/safety engineering/occupational Health and Safety or similar, or completed training as a technician, master craftsman in combination with experience of work within occupational health and safety or alternatively in operational business


Experience of managing HSE challenges in operation, contractors and other stakeholders


Good knowledge and experience in working with legislation within occupational health and safety


Knowledge of and some experience in environmental legislation for operation business


Experience in management system according to ISO 14001/ISO 45001


Swedish is a requirement together with very good English language skills, in written and spoken


Driving license class B is a requirement


Good Health, with general all round fitness, able to undertake the Working at Height medical (Mast- och stolparbete), all blocks in the ENERCON OHS basic safety training (comparable to GWO)


Beneficial

Experience as a HSE professional from the Wind Industry or within the Energy Sector is beneficial, but not an absolute requirement


Experience of Nordic countries legislation in occupational health and safety, and environment


Languages such as German, Danish and/or Norwegian


Mobile, approximately 20-40 travel days per year (maximum)
