Helpdesk agent to a one year assignment

Poolia IT AB Presentation For one of our customers we are now looking for a helpdesk agent. The consultant assignment is from January 2010 to January 2011. This position is based in Stockholm. Arbetsuppgifter You will strengthen our customers' current team of 19 agents who provide back up to users worldwide with IT-related questions and support in accordance with our customers Incident Management process. Utbildning/erfarenhet The successful candidate will be seeking to join the service team and have had previous experience within the IT industry. You should have at least one year's experience in a position which required similar qualities, and be able to show a good working knowledge of Windows XP, Active Directory and MS Office. It would be beneficial to be able to demonstrate some knowledge of ITIL, Retail outlet support and experience in working with MAC applications. You will need to be able to take on new tasks quickly and effectively with a positive and helpful attitude, good interaction with colleagues and a broad range of administrative skills. You have to be fully conversant in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
