Our Client is an international IT outsourcing corporation present in 18 countries and[ offers various IT support services related with helpdesk and SAP support.The company is developing its new IT Center located in Poznan (Poland).Currently we are looking for suitable candidates in the position of: Helpdesk Analyst - 2nd level support (home office or willing to relocate to Poznan) Responsibilities: * Providing IT support for Swedish and English speaking clients * Solving the IT problems of end users (windows applications, network connections, VPN connections, passwords resetting, windows troubleshooting MS Office and many others) * Problem and incident diagnosis * Providing end users with feedback on current status of service [ [Requirements: * Have minimum of 2 - 3 years experience working in a Help Desk environment * Fluent command of English and Swedish language * Readiness to work on home office basis or willing to relocate to Poland (Poznan) * Must have experience supporting 'off the self' software support, password resets, user account creation, basic application functionality support remote control for software deployment and incident isolation * Ability to learn and maintain a high level of knowledge of the clients computing environment
