On behalf of one of our clients in Stockholm we are now recruting a Helpdeskt Agent.

Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities
The position includes helping all our office-, warehouse- and call center-users worldwide with IT-related questions and support in accordance with our Incident Management process.
We are looking for an individual who is service minded and has previous experience with similar tasks within an IT/support organization. You need to have good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. You should be a fast learner and above all have a positive and helpful attitude.
Required Skills/Competencies/Experience
• 1 year experience with similar tasks
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Good knowledge of supporting computers running on Windows 7
• Knowledge of administration in Active Directory e.g. users, computers, security groups and distribution lists
• Knowledge of the applications included in the Microsoft Office 2010/13-suites
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, specifically the Incident Management process
