We are now seeking a service desk agent that doesn't hesitate to go the extra mile when necessary. The mission is a 6-month contractor assignment starting as soon as possible, ending 31st of December 2023.
Your main task in the client's Service Desk will be to deliver world-class service in terms of support and troubleshooting for technical issues. Additionally, you will support and assist users with troubleshooting software and hardware, primarily over the phone and through TeamViewer, but also on-site at their Visitor Center.
We are looking for someone with good experience in working with ticketing systems, supporting Office applications (O365), Windows 7 & 10, Outlook, network-related issues, TCP/IP, as well as managing permissions and rights in Active Directory.
As a person, we are seeking someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, enjoys working in a team, and has a knack for troubleshooting.
For example, your tasks will include:
* Troubleshooting and installation, primarily in a Windows environment
* Troubleshooting both hardware and software
* Receiving and registering tickets in the company's ticketing system
Requirements:
* Experience in technical support/helpdesk (minimum 12 months)
* Strong computer skills and a keen interest in IT
* Very good proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English
Preferred qualifications:
* PowerShell (scripts)
* Interest in Problem Management
* Knowledge of IP-telephony (Cisco)
