Hemstädare/Home Cleaner

HomeWork® AB is in home cleaning one of Sweden's largest cleaning companies, with more than 1,100 clients in Göteborg, Malmö and Lund. We are currently looking for experienced cleaners, who can clean private houses and apartments in the Malmö and Lund region.

The work is done during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m, and you can choose to work full-time or part-time. Because we only employ staff who want to work with cleaning as a real profession, we require, however, that you work a minimum of 50% of full-time work (that is, at least about 20 hours per week), and then primarily on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The salary is between 125 and 152 kr/h (that is, 111,60 to 135,50 kr/h plus 12% vacation pay/semesterersättning), depending firstly on your cleaning skills. Additional employment benefits include:

To be eligible, you should

1. Have at least one year of documented experience from professional cleaning of any kind
2. Be reliable, friendly, and service-minded
3. Be fluent in Swedish, or English, or both, as you will communicate directly with your clients
4. Have a residence or work permit in Sweden
5. Plan to work for HomeWork at least 50% of full-time for at least 12 months
6. If requested by HomeWork, present a certificate from the Swedish criminal registry (Belastningsregistret)
