You have knowledge of:
Wide knowledge of the range in Home Furnishing Accessories (HFA), including how to create complete solutions with furniture departments.
Cross functional collaboration, and understands ways of working between key stakeholders, CBR (Core Business Range), CBF (Core Business Franchise) and Retail.
Market trends that influence home furnishing, retail design and communication, to deliver a more appealing product presentation for customers in our retail omnichannel environment
Omni channel movements within home furnishing business.
How to apply financial knowledge to achieve organisational goals and objectives
Industry trends, outlooks and emerging technologies to achieve organisational goals and objectives
Coordinating, facilitating and directing activities to help achieve business objective. Project management and how to initiate, plan, execute, control and close a cross-functional projects
Methods for presenting the range and service range using store media, display techniques and store layout as commercial tools
Your training is within business management, marketing or equivalent and you bring 5 years of working experience in sales with background in commercial planning. You have proven strong interpersonal and project management skills as well as strong leadership skills to lead the matrix; experience in assignments on national or global level.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will provide coaching and support for sales partners in Core Areas, CBR HFBs and markets, in salesmanship, customer interactions and Retail Foundation to ensure best practice and an excellent customer sales experience.
You will:
Act as a member of the Selling team and proactively contribute to Selling plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
Take active part in Leading the current year performance together with relevant stakeholders
Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact (for example Digital, CFF (Customer Fulfilment), Communications, Sustainability, BNOF (Business Navigation Operations & Finance), People & Culture)
Support Core Areas to deliver complete solutions with Furniture and HFA
Strengthen the existing sales tactics and approaches as well as contribute to developing new global IKEA sales tactics
Document and share best practices to share knowledge, competence and information
Collect feedback on effectiveness of sales approaches and improvement ideas in order to develop new sales approaches and tactics
Coach on retail Foundation improvement based on the outcome of functional review
Contribute to the integrated multichannel executions/output of the selling function in order to contribute to the business goals
Measure performance of output in sales activities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and to ensure performance excellence throughout the year
Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values and contribute to the transformation of IKEA
In collaboration with CBR, HF&RD and Digital deliver new solutions to support the Global Business Plan and HFA Core area plan deliverables.
Develop learning content in collaboration with the Learning Designers
Work across functions within INGKA Group and in good collaboration with other IKEA businesses
