We are now looking for a High Volume Quality Manager to join our Quality Environment unit.



WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As High Volume Quality Engineer at Axis you will be part of a team of 4 people, which is responsible for ensuring our supply chain is as efficient as possible from a production and quality perspective.
You will have a big personal responsibility and you will often play a leading/coordinating role in cross functional activities

You will be responsible for one of our contract manufacturers, make sure that they fulfill Axis requirements and create the best conditions for them to manufacture our products efficiently. Identify and manage cross functional improvement projects to ensure high and stable product quality. This requires you to work closely in cooperation with several functions within R&D and Operations as well as with suppliers and contract manufacturers. Audit and develop new and existing suppliers and contract manufacturers all over the world from quality, environmental and CSR perspectives.
Develop our own methods and processes to meet future demands and increasing volumes.   

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Have a great technical interest and be creative and curious. Be a team player who listens, communicate and relates to your surrounding and enjoys helping others.
In addition to above we believe that you have a technical university degree within Mechanical Engineering (M), Industrial Engineering & Management (I) or similar and at least a couple of years’ experience from production process assurance. The position requires approximately 50 days of international travel per year and of course you need to be fluent in English.
