In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Actively take part in developing Swedbank’s high yield franchise, including the expansion of our client coverage, both domestically as well as a growing base of international clients investing in Nordic high yield.

- A growing distribution capacity of high yield bonds is in line with Swedbank C&I's corporate strategy, with an increased focus on supplying our SME-customers with various forms of capital.

- You will be a vital part of our Institutional Sales team and work closely towards our institutional client base as well as our high yield origination/syndicate teams.

- The role encompasses a daily outreach to investors, understanding and mapping client’s interests in terms of risk preference (credit/interest rate duration, rating category, currencies, sectors), asset allocation, fund flows and secondary markets cares. It furthermore requires the candidate to actively drive a dialogue with trading, origination and syndication, proactively mapping potential investor interest in primary markets (e.g. tap issues/bond buy-backs).

- We look favorably upon a candidate that can actively pitch self-generated trade ideas - ideally in co-operation with research and trading - to stimulate and generate secondary flows.



What is needed in this role:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance and/or engineering

- At least 2-3 years of previous work experience from credit sales/high yield sales

- A team player with high ambition and a positive attitude who enjoys interaction with customers and colleagues

- Strong and proven knowledge of the fixed income credit markets

- Strives to find solutions to clients’ needs

- Have an analytical skillset, promoting trading ideas

- Fluent in Swedish and English

- Believes in Swedbank’s culture and values as a competitive advantage
