Our client, Volvo Action Service, wellknown in the automotive business based in Oostakker (near Ghent - Belgium) offers round-the-clock assistance with
emergency breakdown services for trucks and busses all over Europe, and provides its customers (especially truck dealers) also with technical advice.

Assistant Technical Support Engineer (Swedish or Finnish)

Job description:

An assistant technical support engineer provides support and solves technical problems for both internal and external customers, truck dealers
and market companies.You act as the Global Frontline Helpdesk when it concerns parts queries for
trucks and busses.You analyse and solve technical questions and complaints concerning trucks and busses.You register calls and problems in logging systems.You give parts identification support for breakdown handling.You guarantee follow-up for customer questions.

Every customer will be helped in the customer s native language and within the shortest time limits.

You have a higher technical education in car mechanics, electro mechanics or electronics.
You have experience in or a strong interest for company vehicle technology.You have communicative and problem solving skills, and you are willing to work in a shift system (morning and afternoon shifts).Furthermore you are fluent in English in combination with Swedish or Finnish.
