HIL ENGINEER - Gothenburg

We are looking to expand the testing team with an experienced HIL Engineer to be part of our agile product development organization with SAFe as way of working. You’ll work with highly skilled and motivated engineers creating solutions in the field of data analytics, C++ / java/python/CAPL, Continuous Integration, cloud application, Machine Learning and AI.
What you’ll do:
· Maintain and update test system configurations and to be the “first point of contact” supporting the users of the test system within the organization.
· Work with the Electrical Architecture and get an insight in the software development process.
· Maintenance of HIL test system HW & SW and responsible for continues updates of HIL configurations.
· Deal with Interface/support to HIL users along with continuous status monitoring of HIL CI infrastructure.
· Be an important team member in the test system development team to support with expertise when fault tracing problems related to test systems.
· Developing test plans, creating and running both scripted test cases and exploratory tests.
· Ensure checks for defects, documenting test results and coordinating with stakeholders regarding proposed solutions for defects fixing.
Who you are:
· Candidate should hold M.Sc or B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent with an inclination and passion for Test and Verification, focusing on diagnostics and data.
· Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills of English language.
· Candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience working with HIL systems, RIG Development using Vector Tools (HW & SW), Test Automation using CANoe, CAPL, vTestStudio, Robot Test Framework c and node and system verification.
· Experience in Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery, vehicle Diagnostics such as UDS/ISO 14229, and working in Agile teams (SAFE, Scrum).
· Certification by "International Software Testing Qualifications Board" (ISTQB) will be considered meritorious.
