You will be part of an agile HIL Development team in the ART PMT (Process Methods & Tools) inside the Electric Propulsion Controls organization. You will be a member of a truly international team designing HIL test-environments for production software testing. Meaning the HIL framework you will create is crucial for testing electrical propulsion ECUs used in the Traction Battery, Charging and Electric Drive Systems.

In this role you will be able to extend and deepen your knowledge in the exciting areas of HIL test environments, dynamic modelling framework and Continuous Integration, including tools and programming languages like Matlab/Simulink, Python and dSPACE.

What you’ll do
Our HIL team is responsible for developing innovative real-time testing environment for all high voltage components included in the electrical drivetrain (Electric machines and Inverters, Battery Systems, Charging Systems and Power Supply). As part of our expanding team, you will be working in a creative environment shaping tomorrow’s powertrain electrification.

We are looking to grow our team that is responsible for the development tools and processes for the HIL models. The integration of HIL test into the CI chain demands higher development speed and faster deployment speed as well as improving model quality.

You will work on cutting edge technologies with tasks like SW coding, Simulink and FPGA model development, fault tracing on controller HW and SW and design and maintenance of HIL test environments.

Do you fit the profile?
We see that you have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, SW Engineering or 3-5 years relevant experience with emphasis on vehicle and driveline. You are proficient in programing in Matlab, Python and dynamic modelling using Simulink. Experience from an Agile working environment and from Continuous Integration it is beneficial.

Experience from some of below would also be considered meritorious:
* Software development
* Development with Matlab and Python
