We are now hiring a Technical Project Specialist to join us in Solna, Sweden.
How to contribute to our vision
In this role you will be working collaboratively with support function such as Business Excellence, Fleet Management, Engineering and Central Planning to bridge specialist expertise into sustainable daily wind farm operations across NE&ME Onshore. You will also be expected to analyze non-conformances within operations and support with containment, and corrective / preventative actions driving operational excellence. One of the main duties will be to undertake Wind Farm Optimization; supported by Business Improvements focused on WTG reliability.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Project management of small to medium projects related to fleet improvements and integrity including, but not limited to modifications and upgrades on existing and out of contract projects.
Operate as an extension of the Service Operations Manager on technical issues. This means interacting with customers and other stakeholders as necessary.
Provide analysis of operational wind farm data to assess performance and diagnose faults including tracking and management of solutions.
Site visits to inspect assets and meet with operations and maintenance personnel to discuss operational issues.

With an engineering degree, preferable a Master’s degree. If you have a degree within Business Management, and experience within a technical and/or engineering field it can also be considered.
With product technical knowledge, which is essential for this role. It is preferred if you have experience from Onshore Wind Farm Operations and Business Improvement within a large organization.
Who has great communication skills and ability to manage difference stakeholders internally as well as externally
Who is willing to travel locally and internationally
Who is fluent in English, knowledge of Swedish is considered an advantage
