Hiring Release Train Engineer | 100% Remote

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Release Train Engineer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
You will support our two clusters, Manage Corporate and Corporate Service Experience, as a Release Train Engineer. Manage Corporate Cluster provides digital delivery support to our Corporate Functions.


We are in charge of the Service Desk, Major Incident Management, and Corporate Service Experience. This is a digital event. Our Cluster's goal is to use digital enablers to give our employees more time so they can focus on their jobs.
Concentrate on activities that add value.


You will coach/lead cluster Scrum Masters as well as driving improvements and delivering according to the prioritised cluster backlog.


You will plan and lead all Cluster Ceremonies in an engaging and fun manner.


You'll be in charge of managing and providing transparency in the form of relevant, clear, and accurate metrics.


Serve our Program Managers (PM) to effectively manage stakeholders and deliver on agreed-upon scope and priorities in a predictable and transparent manner.


To ensure a smooth delivery, demonstrate proactive control of the key issues, such as risk, impediments, and compliance, and manage proper mitigating activities.

Your Background and Experience:
Worked as a Release Train Engineer and/or on complex programmes in an Agile environment.
Prior experience leading complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment with distributed multi-faceted teams.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and IT processes
Management and/or team-leading experience in an agile/project environment.
Analytical abilities
Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
Excellent facilitation abilities.
