Hiring Security Manager Tech in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Security Manager Tech with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
For one of our customers, we are currently looking for a senior leader. The individual must have prior compliance or security experience.


The individual will lead their newly formed Tech Security team and will take over as the team's leader. The team is made up of six people who work to coach and support all of the customer's teams on IT security issues.


The team takes responsibility for their own safety without requesting control, and as a leader, it is critical to follow this principle.


The following are some examples of tasks that are part of the assignment:
Employees should be educated on security issues and awareness through various security forums and Security champion programmes, for example.
Maintain and improve IT security tools and guidelines.
Ascertain that safety and vulnerability audits, as well as penetration tests, are carried out.
Set and implement a strategy for the customer's security work that includes goals.
Participate in compliance and safety-related incidents and assist with vulnerability management.



In the capacity of leader:
Conduct one-on-one meetings with the team.
Collaborate with other leaders to advance security efforts.
In order to move their security programme forward, project managers in the team that runs it should be supported.
Pursue team planning to ensure that the right priorities are set.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Security or compliance experience is a plus.
Several years of experience in a supervisory position
Experiment with balancing multiple interests against one another.
Clear understanding of various types of risk and the ability to weigh them against the cost
