H&M Studios Producer

Job Description
H&M Studios create fashion content for H&M’s full assortment globally, such as model images, product images and video assets. Our mission is to elevate the full assortment, enabling H&M to become a credible fashion brand. As a Producer at H&M Studios, you will lead teams and drive photo and film productions from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, on set production and post-production.
Key responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end productions, including timelines, budgets and stakeholder management.
Manage and optimize both production and project budget with a cost-conscious mindset to maximize business impact and making sure they are delivered on time.
Informal leadership for everyone involved in the project and/or production.
Photoshoot budget, time and contract management
Participate in or lead different improvement projects for H&M Studios



Qualifications
To be successful as a Producer at H&M Studios, we believe that you are solution oriented and dare to make decisions to drive the team forward and ensure that the purpose of the production and projects are achieved. You are used to working in a fast-paced environment with several productions and projects ongoing and thrive when doing so. You are not afraid to speak up and give your inputs and ideas on improvements and can deliver your feedback in a good communitive way.
What you need to succeed:
Previous extensive experience from working with set productions as well as post-productions.
Experience from working with project management, preferably within photo- and/or film production.
Previous experience from negotiations and budget responsibility.
