About the assignment:

Description

As SHEQ specialist you will

- be the day-to-day adviser to the business in terms of legislation in Safety, Health, Environment & Quality
- perform and follow-up internal audits in a professional manner according to internal guidelines and requirements
- coordinate and improve the client's SHEQs processes and preventive work
- coordinate and do reporting
- participate in authority inspections and support the business in reporting to authorities


Mandatory competence and experience:

- The candidates shall have at least 10 years of experience in working with SHEQ in related industrial environment as SHEQ Specialist or SHEQ Manager
- The candidate shall be highly knowledgeable of legislation, directives and guidelines within Safety, Health, Environment & Quality. Meritorious if having experience of Food safety.
- The candidate shall have experience in ISO standards and related auditing


Preferred personal qualities:

- Safety and Quality mindset
- Highly organized and balanced attention to detail
- Hands-on executer in supporting the business with ex writing routines, reports, doing audits etc - not only an advisor
- Excellent communication skills
