Support HB channel manager with market profiling and account targeting and platforming è Output: Deliver a clear landscape for Home Builders
•Influence countries to start the program with the right level of resources (people, budget) (in coordination with Comm Leader)
•Support countries to build the business case è Output: Business Case
•Support HB channel manager to define a channel strategy based on HB playbook, KPIs and marketing mix to differentiate SE from competition (offer positioning, adapted value prop, scalable offer) è Output: operative plan / local portfolio value prop
•Follow-up on AMSP initiatives related to Home Builders è Output: Monitor program performance and support on correction actions for recovery/boost
•Lead deployment of sales enablement and marketing tools
•Secure bFO tracking and data quality
•Share intra-hub best practices
