Who you are
Are you a detail-oriented person with strong problem-solving skills who gets motivated by sharing know-how/best practice and work with IT related issues? Do you have a proven ability to support, coach and train the colleagues around you? We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Super User with excellent skills in particularly Revit but also AutoCAD and SketchUp.
You are excellent in communication/facilitation and have the ability to collaborate, engage and build trustful relationship with different stakeholders. You have attention to details, are motivated to work cross-functionally and coordinate activities to achieve organizational goals. You have the ability to work on a tactical, operational and strategical level and know how to analyze and improve the end-user needs. You are an openminded and flexible person with proven change management skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Last but not least, you are a true ambassador for the IKEA culture and values.
To be successful in this role, you have strong knowledge about store layout, merchandising, range presentation, IKEA retail equipment, commercial planning and build-ups. You have experience from both store and Service Office, preferably as a Super User and visual merchandiser. You are an expert within Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp and have achieved very good knowledge about the assigned solutions and related activities throughout the years. You are fluent in English, both written and in verbal, and have strong presentation- and facilitation skills.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you secure and develop the global standard working methods and tools within the area of store planning. You will act as the bridge between the processes and IT tools, identifying strengths and weaknesses, developing and maintaining knowledge and understanding for how the tools are used in the processes they are supporting. You will contribute to improve the store planning processes supporting the team of planner specialists. You will support the team with trainings, knowledge and competence, to help refine skills and to deliver on high quality products. You will help developing the most effective and efficient working methods that are easy to understand and useful for the end users. You will have a dialogue with Global ISP team to align on the development of the tool and constantly improving.
This role is located in Malmö, Sweden, and will report to the Shop Design Manager.
