Homologation & Compliance Manager
Lynk & Co Quality Europe: a newly established organization dedicated to Lynk & Co brand overseas and partner projects quality (Volvo/Polestar); our aims are:
- Quality from ‘beginning to end’

- Never-ending change for the better
What you'll do
- Ensure homologation and compliance for Lynk & Co vehicles in the European markets
- Follow and analyze new regulations
- Govern project regulatory compliance and homologation readiness and deliverables for new programs; identify and support homologation non-compliance and roadblock removal
- Educate and support vehicle programs on safety-related benchmarking, documentation, COP, COC, Initial Assessment, traceability, etc
- Support Conformity of Production (COP) and in-service relevant activities: support to edit and audit the COP control plan, support initial assessment audit, annual COP audit and in-service compliance activitie
- Communicate/coordinate with technical services and authorities
What you should have
- Strong knowledge and experience of regulatory requirements for new projects and existing programs
- Analytical skills, being data-driven; able to assess situations, including ability to conduct process audits
- Strong follow-up, ensuring all stakeholders complete tasks timely and effectively.
