Ecobloom is a Stockholm-based startup within the area of smart indoor farming. We bring nature closer to people by empowering them to grow their own food in a fun and interactive way. By combining an ancient growing method with modern technology, we hope to revolutionize the way we grow food. Who you are
A person who enjoys and appreciates the science behind plants and nature, and is familiar with the concept of hydroponics and aquaponics. You will be working as part of a team to maintain and help develop our state-of-the art indoor growing solutions. 
It is equally important for us that you also thrive and learn new things. Being part of a diverse team gives you the opportunity to broaden your horizons and learn something new every day!


Qualifications
Experience in growing.
Knowledge of small-scale, and large-scale commercial plant cultivation, including nutrient requirements, mediums, light requirements, temperature control, and air flow, etc. (not a requirement, but a very beneficial expertise).
Preferred knowledge of soil and hydroponic growing methods including micronutrients, beneficial bacteria, and nutrient implementation.
Ability to plan ahead, trouble-shoot, anticipate problems, and problem solve.
Preferred knowledge of container systems with soil and hydro, as well as understanding temperature and humidity manipulation.
Preferred knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options.
Preferred knowledge of soil and hydroponic growing methods including micronutrients, beneficial bacteria, and nutrient implementation.

 
Responsibilities
Contribute to a fun, team-oriented, and challenging work environment in an innovative and pioneering atmosphere.
Make sure that the developed solutions comply with recommendations and regulations.
Contribute and improve upon already-existing operations and processes to improve work-flow, efficiency, and provide constructive feedback and recommendations.
