Hubhult in Malmö is our new meeting place for IKEA, where people from all over the world meet and contribute to the growth of ONE IKEA. Hubhult serves as center for global support units, to all our stores and countries all over the world. More than 1 000 co-workers and 300 guests meet and create at Hubhult. Every day.
Hubhult offers a big variety of ways to meet. 58 meeting rooms in different sizes. We can host meetings with up to 150 participants!

As a Hospitality Manager you will lead and manage a team of greeters in the startbox which is one of the key functions in Hubhult. The startbox is a part of Hubhult Support, supporting all the daily business activities including facility management and office support, safety & security, communication, IKEA world of working and Hubhult café. You are a part of Hubhult Support management team and report to the office manager.
You have a strong people and business focused leadership and you drive a customer focused culture.
You will ensure a positive and inspiring welcome to all co-workers and visitors in Hubhult.
You will encourage and inspire to creative and productive ways to meet in an activity based work place.
You will coordinate and develop the meeting- and event experience in Hubhult.
You will also see to that appropriate processes, routines and tools are developed and implemented.
You drive and develop the on-boarding process for new organizations and co-workers together with dedicated stakeholders.
You will establish processes and routines for the many study visits and guided tours. Actively build and maintain relations with relevant IKEA functions and external parties. You are a good representative for the IKEA brand.

-Hospitality/Service management
-Organizing and coordinating large meetings, conferences
-Event coordination
-Customer relations processes, tool and working methods
-Cost and budget management
