Assignment Description:
We are looking for a program leader to be involved in setting the framework of a program that is at the centre of the IT division's focus. The need for a modernized infrastructure is great and the business has high expectations of the program's future deliveries both in terms of quality and time.
What you'll do:
● Lead, enthuse and prioritize the resources within the program, plan, organize and follow up the program and its projects within given time, result and cost frameworks.
● Report the progress of the program to the program steering group, steering group or program management and actively work with risk management.
● The program includes the projects/teams required to develop and implement the work processes and routines, IT changes and business changes affected by the transformation.
● Contribute to an active dialogue across the divisional boundaries of the business to coordinate and meet common needs for development.
● Responsible for internal and external communication about the program and run the program according to the authority's program/project model, PPS.
● Be responsible for ensuring that the work within the program and/or projects follows set instructions and guidelines.
Who you are:
● Experience in leading and engaging a program organization in a digital transformation.
● Possess a combination of leadership, communication and technology skills characterized by dialogue and participation and you are a proactive leader who implements the necessary changes.
● Candidate should hold at least 10 years of experience as a project manager in the IT field.
● Certification in programs and/or project management, e.g. PMP, IPMA, and experience as program manager of a transformation in a medium-sized or larger organization.
● Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills of Swedish and English language.
● At least 3 years of work experience of agile working methods along with certification in SAFe.
